National and International Mail Order

Denbigh Army Surplus have been Successfully Supplying Customers for 20 years.

We regularly ship across the Globe; France, Hong Kong, USA and Australia to name but a few.

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for both Domestic and Non-Domestic Consignments. All of our shipments are tracked and Insured.

We have tried to input as much information as we can to ensure that your country has been included in our database. If it is not, this does not mean we do not ship to you. Only that we need to enter some further information. So please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

PLEASE NOTE:

1) When Choosing your Prefered Shipment Method, ensure that the Total Value of Goods is Less than or Equal to the Insurance Limit associated with Prefered Method!

2) Some out of the way Scotish Highland/Isles, Ireland and Non UK Mainland Postal Codes may incur a charge of £14.50

Shipping Costs

It would take me the rest of my life to document every possible shopping basket configuration and it's shipping costs for multiple delivery addresses. Personally I don't think it would make for an interesting read either.

However, I thought I'd put down a few example baskets here as a reference:

GORE-TEX Jacket = £5.18 to the UK
GORE-TEX Jacket & Trousers = £30.50 to the USA
Poncho = £10.50 to France

How much?

Some of you may be thinking that the prices are a little on the steep side, but let me reassure you.

All of our parcels are sent Tracked and Insured with either Royal Mai or Parcel Force. Any basket above the value of £36.00 has to go via Parcel Force as Royal Mail will not insure Small Packets that exceed this amount.

Parcel Force will ship individual consignments of 30kg, so for all you UK based customers, it will cost £9.00 to ship all of your items up to 30kg in weight.
For international orders, cost is calculated by Volumetric Weight, so if your item is light but bulky it is likely to increase your shipping costs.

On top of all of this the rise in Fuel Duty and Congestion Charges that have been implemented in certain cities add to the costs forced upon us by our carriers.

VAT

Shipping our items to you, in the VAT man's eyes, is classed as providing a service and means we have to pay 17.5% VAT on all of our Shipping Costs, which unfortunately is added on to the shipping costs.

All of the Tax and Shipping information is broken down for you within the checkout pages and you will be able to see exactly how these charges affect you before you commit to a purchase.

I can assure you that we do not use inflated postage charges as a profit making scheme. We are merely trying to breakeven when it comes to shipping.

Many thanks for your custom...
