Gore-tex® waterproof over trouser. Genuine un issued RAF blue waterproof trousers with elasticated waist and gusseted zipped ankles so that you can pull these over your boots.

There is a rear pocket with velcro storm flap and slahed access through to your trouser pockets underneath at the hip.
